Today I had my first formal class and everything was so exciting. In the whole class, I think the most fantastic part is to draw bags, I really enjoyed it. And Vivi and Tiffany said they liked the bag I drew, which encouraged me a lot. And it made me think that I might try to do some bag designs. The most difficult thing for me was to make collages. Maybe because I hadn’t tried to make an impromptu collage without a theme before, I couldn’t finish the three collages in a short period of time. When Carlyn said it was over, I only made two collages, so I was still thinking about my last collage and trying to make up for it when I drew the illustrations. As a result, I was a little bit hurry-scurry. If I were repeating the work, I think I should allocate my time more rationally, instead of spending too much time on the first piece of collage, which leads to the deterioration of the completion of the other two pieces. I think I can do more collage practices later to improve my speed and quality, which will help me keep up with the progress of the class. After all, collage is an essential part of a project. During this class, I met some new people and got along with Avery. So today I have a new friend, I’m very happy. I really like our group. I think everyone in this group is amazing. We are all unique artists.
