The task of today’s lesson is to take photos of our final garment. Due to the presentation of academic communication on the previous day, I could only make my final garment after the presentation. Although the time was a little short, I still completed my garment, which made me very proud. When it came to class, I chose Avery as my model, not only because she was tall and thin, but also because she was very photogenic and posed very well. But there are still some problems in the process of taking photos. Because I didn’t find references for taking photos in advance, I didn’t know what style of photos to take at the beginning. It was windy outside and Avery was wearing only my dress. I was so worried she would catch a cold that I chose to take lots of photos of each scene for later selection. Avery is a really good model, and she often asked me if her poses were ok during the shoot, because she worked so well with me that they came out so well. I believe I will avoid this problem in the next shooting. I will find references in advance and determine the style I want so that I can finish the task faster and better. And you can also keep your mind clear during the shooting process without confusion. In the second half of class, we need to edit our photos to make them look better. Since my product is a dress with a print, I need to use PHOTOSHOP to add the print to the dress. This was a bit of a struggle for me, as the details of the pleats would disappear if I didn’t adjust the print. Fortunately, everything went well and I finished my Photoshoot page perfectly.
